Project Planner/Scheduler (m/f/d) – Data Centre Construction

In this role you will join a project team that plans and schedules the construction of large‑scale data‑centre facilities, ensuring that every timetable is accurate, complete and fit for reporting. Your daily work will involve building and maintaining detailed schedules, checking their validity, and producing progress updates for project reports. You will spot and analyse any variances, communicate them to stakeholders, and suggest corrective actions. Coordination of internal and external timelines, evaluation of planning methods and control systems, and the creation of improvement measures are also part of the remit, together with clear communication with client representatives and design partners. The position requires a technical or university degree, preferably in construction or engineering, and roughly seven years of project‑control experience on industrial or data‑centre projects, including at least five years focused on scheduling. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential, as are strong skills in MS Office, Primavera P6 and MS Project. You must demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and facilitation abilities, a goal‑oriented mindset, empathy and a passion for complex, large‑scale projects.
