The Store Manager role at Brunello Cucinelli is a senior position that embodies the brand's philosophy from its historic headquarters in Solomeo to the boutique floor. Brunello Cucinelli is a luxury fashion house renowned for high‑quality cashmere and Made‑in‑Italy ready‑to‑wear collections for women, men, children and lifestyle accessories. The Store Manager acts as the face of the company, ensuring that the boutique reflects the brand's core values and aesthetic. On a daily basis the Store Manager leads the Client Advisors, fostering strong customer relationships through an active presence on the shop floor. Responsibilities include guiding the team to deliver a distinctive shopping experience, communicating clearly in the native language and in English and French, and listening attentively to build trust. The manager drives sales performance, reports missed opportunities, and supplies management with insights on sales trends, customer satisfaction and competitor activity. Coordination with the HQ Retail Buying office to optimise product assortment, overseeing visual merchandising according to brand guidelines, and supporting events such as trunk shows are also key tasks. Additionally, the role involves supervising stock areas, assisting with inventories, ensuring compliance with retail procedures, and maintaining up‑to‑date use of the Xstore and Salesforce CRM systems. The ideal candidate must bring at least eight years of retail experience, including a minimum of two years in a managerial capacity, preferably within luxury retail. A strong business sense, deep knowledge of market dynamics and customer behaviour, and proven people‑management and development abilities are essential. Fluency in English and French at a very good level is mandatory to interact with both clients and team members effectively.
