Mechanic Engine Testing

The company powers flights safely every day. The main tasks involve preparing and testing various engine types, including Pratt & Whitney PW4000, CFM International CFM56, GTF, and LEAP engines. This includes setting up and taking down the engines for test runs, conducting final tests, performing inspections, troubleshooting issues, and documenting all activities. The role also involves continuous improvement of processes to enhance quality and reduce costs. To qualify, candidates must have a technical background in engine test cell operations or completed vocational training in metal/mechanical fields, such as polymechanics, machine, or automobile mechanics. A borescope inspection certification and at least two years of experience are required. Proficiency in inspection and maintenance tasks, with the ability to work independently and precisely, is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication are also crucial. Nice-to-have skills include a good command of MS Office and SAP, as well as English at B2 level. German language skills are a plus.
