Additionally, the operator supports incident coordination and communication with both internal and customer-facing stakeholders, ensuring reliable service operations. To qualify for this role, candidates must have experience in IT Operations, NOC, Service Desk, Infrastructure Support, or a similar operational environment. A broad technical understanding of network, server, storage, and infrastructure technologies is essential. Strong process discipline, attention to detail, and situational awareness are also required. The ability to work effectively in a structured, operational support environment is crucial. Nice-to-have skills include certifications such as ITIL® 4 Foundation, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent networking certification, and monitoring/observability platform foundation training. Security, Network, Storage, or Compute infrastructure vendor certifications are also advantageous. The role is based in the Winterthur area, Switzerland, and candidates should be based in or regularly available within the Winterthur region.
