Customer Support Coach

Cloudbeds builds an AI‑enhanced hospitality platform that powers hotels and other lodging businesses in more than 150 countries, handling billions of bookings each year. As a Customer Support Coach you will act as the primary advocate for these hotel partners, helping them get the most out of the software while feeding valuable insights back to the product team. Each day you will assist existing clients with the day‑to‑day use of the system, answer questions through phone, email, chat or any other channel Cloudbeds employs, and conduct outbound calls when issues are escalated. You will nurture strong, empathetic relationships that encourage loyalty and higher adoption rates, collect feedback for upcoming releases, and keep your knowledge current by using training resources and attending company‑wide online sessions. The role requires at least one year of hands‑on experience in the hospitality sector—such as front‑desk, night‑audit, revenue management or general‑manager duties—and a solid background in customer service is considered a plus. Candidates must be native or fluent in English and also fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, French or German. Strong communication, problem‑solving ability, emotional intelligence and a high capacity for learning are essential, as are a relevant degree or two years of proven work experience, computer proficiency and a reliable high‑speed internet connection.
