As a Manager AI Tech Architecture you will join a team that works with Boston Consulting Group and clients to turn digital visions into reality, focusing on cutting‑edge concepts such as cloud, AI, micro‑services, APIs, containerisation and DevOps. Your daily work will involve shaping digital transformation projects from strategic planning through architectural design to implementation. You will analyse existing IT landscapes, develop and optimise modern enterprise architectures, and create future‑proof target architectures and technology roadmaps together with clients. Leading interdisciplinary, agile teams, you will introduce modern engineering practices, coordinate internal and external contributors, and guide discussions with senior client decision‑makers, translating complex technical issues into clear strategic choices. The role also requires using AI tools on projects and helping clients embed AI into their technology strategies. The position demands a degree in (Business) Information Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline with strong academic results, and at least six years of experience in IT or technology consulting where you handled demanding architecture, transformation or implementation assignments. You must have deep expertise in designing complex IT architectures and aligning them with business goals, as well as hands‑on knowledge of cloud, micro‑services, APIs, DevOps, containerisation, cyber‑resilience and AI. Proven project‑management experience leading interdisciplinary teams, excellent resource‑planning skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical experts and C‑level audiences are essential. Additional strengths include a solid grasp of current technology trends, a passion for turning new developments into concrete client solutions, and comfort working in interdisciplinary, global settings.
