Global Treasury Sr. Specialist

Zambon is looking for a Global Treasury Senior Specialist to join its Treasury team in Switzerland. In this purpose‑driven, worldwide organisation, finance underpins business growth and strategic change, and the new specialist will help steer Group liquidity, manage financial risk, and oversee banking relationships across the enterprise. The day‑to‑day work centres on executing treasury activities in line with global policies, handling cash management, cash‑pooling and intercompany funding, and keeping a close eye on liquidity positions and cash forecasts. You will liaise with international banks to negotiate cash‑management solutions, support foreign‑exchange, interest‑rate and counter‑party risk management, and push forward digitalisation and automation of treasury tools. Close cooperation with Accounting, Tax, Legal and Internal Control ensures compliance, while you will also prepare treasury reports, KPIs, dashboards and presentations for senior leadership. The position requires a university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline, plus at least five years of Treasury or Corporate Finance experience in a complex, multinational setting. Proven expertise with Treasury Management Systems, SWIFT, Bloomberg and ERP platforms is essential; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage. A solid grasp of financial markets, derivatives, cash‑pooling structures and best‑practice treasury processes is expected, together with an analytical mindset and a collaborative, cross‑cultural approach. Fluency in English is mandatory; any additional language is a plus. Working from Zambon's Swiss hub, you will be part of a global team that values continuous improvement and strategic thinking.
