Product Manager

LatticeFlow AI, a Swiss‑engineered platform that helps organisations detect, assess and govern AI risk, is seeking a Product Manager to join its expanding product team. The company, founded by AI security researchers from ETH Zürich, serves frontier AI labs, Fortune 500 firms and global financial institutions with a solution that consolidates AI‑infrastructure scanning, use‑case evaluations, automated red‑team testing and continuous risk monitoring. In this position you will shape how the product is presented to different market segments, turning sophisticated technical features into clear, persuasive messages for enterprise buyers. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to orchestrate launches, produce sales‑facing assets such as factsheets, pitch decks and website copy, and keep the narrative aligned with the evolving AI‑governance landscape. The role also involves influencing user‑experience decisions through a marketing lens, conducting research to build personas and buyer‑journey maps, and feeding customer, competitive and market insights back into positioning recommendations. Cross‑functional alignment with engineering, sales and marketing on priorities, timelines and roadmap storytelling is a daily focus. The ideal candidate brings more than four years of experience in product, product‑marketing or design roles, with a solid background in product marketing or design that enables bridging commercial storytelling and product experience. You must be comfortable translating complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences, creating sales and marketing collateral, and thriving in a fast‑moving startup where ambiguity is routine. A strong grasp of the rapidly changing AI landscape is required. Experience in B2B SaaS or early‑stage startups is a plus.
