Real Estate Agent

We are looking for a Real Estate Agent to join a Dubai‑based brokerage that assists clients in buying, selling and renting property. The firm supplies all the essential tools, leads, marketing support, a CRM platform and the official licence, while you bring the drive and the time to turn opportunities into closed transactions. Your everyday tasks will involve prospecting new clients, building their confidence, presenting the local market options and finalising sales or rental agreements. You will rely on the company's lead flow, conduct daily property viewings across the city and keep activity recorded in the CRM system. To succeed you must be prepared to move to Dubai within the next one to three months (or already reside in the UAE), have roughly six months of personal savings to cover living expenses while you develop your pipeline, hold a valid driving licence (foreign licences can be converted without a test), and demonstrate genuine hunger, discipline and the ability to hold a conversation. No previous property experience is required; a two‑week academy will bring you up to speed and provide the RERA licence. The role offers a full‑time, on‑site environment in the Onyx Tower 2 office, with mentorship, company‑generated leads from the top Property Finder source, visa sponsorship and private health insurance at no cost. Compensation is commission‑only, ranging from 50 % to 70 % of each deal and paid daily, with no salary cap. The brokerage has been family‑run since 2013, now employs over 200 staff and enjoys a 4.8/5 rating on Google, offering strong growth potential for high‑performing agents. What the role asks for: - Ready to relocate to Dubai within 1‑3 months (or already in UAE) - Approximately six months of savings for living costs - Valid driving licence (UAE or convertible) - Demonstrated hunger, discipline and conversational ability - Full‑time on‑site availability
