Store Manager (m/f/d) - Geneva

The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the retail store in Geneva, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. The Store Manager's primary responsibilities include leading and motivating the team, ensuring high sales performance, and maintaining the store's standards. This involves coaching staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service. The role also includes recruiting, training, and developing team members to foster a culture of excellence. Additionally, the manager will monitor and analyze performance data, create action plans, and communicate reports to the General Manager. Ensuring the store's cleanliness, compliance with health and safety regulations, and the proper execution of visual merchandising and new product displays are also key tasks. To excel in this role, candidates must have at least five years of experience in sales and management within the luxury retail sector. Strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a passion for retail and customer service are essential. Proficiency in both French and English is required.
