The Master Data Management & Governance Specialist will oversee the master data workstream for the new Sisslerfeld manufacturing facility. This role involves ensuring data readiness throughout the commissioning, qualification, validation, and go-live phases. The specialist will define and establish SAP master data structures, including materials, BOMs, recipes, routings, batches, equipment/resources, business partners, and procurement data. Additionally, the role includes leading master data migration, extension, loading, and validation, as well as establishing a cross-functional data governance model. To excel in this role, candidates must have several years of experience in master data management, data governance, or a related discipline, ideally within the pharmaceuticals or life sciences sector. Strong hands-on SAP master data expertise, particularly in material master, business partner, BOMs, routings, and recipes, is essential. Experience with SAP MDG or comparable MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, Stibo, or Reltio is also required. A good understanding of GMP, ALCOA+ data integrity principles, audit requirements, and regulated manufacturing environments is crucial. Nice-to-have skills include experience with SAP S/4HANA and relevant SAP modules such as PP/PI, QM, MM, or EWM.
