In the senior loyalty and CRM role for the EMEA region, you will steer the conception, refinement and rollout of loyalty and customer‑relationship programmes for Lee and Wrangler. Your daily work will involve boosting retention, lifetime value and engagement by delivering seamless, personalised experiences across marketing, e‑commerce and retail touchpoints. You will oversee the customer‑data platform, craft data‑driven segments while ensuring GDPR compliance, and manage the full email and SMS lifecycle—from planning calendars and designing campaigns to building automated journeys, conducting A/B tests and analysing performance metrics. Additionally, you will design the loyalty programme structure, define tiers and rewards, communicate with members, and monitor key indicators such as acquisition, retention and ROI. Ownership of the CRM roadmap and
