Analyst Operational Risk

Additionally, the analyst will prepare risk management reports for regular management meetings and external risk reporting to auditors and stakeholders. Regular reviews of policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, along with liaising with internal and external auditors, are also key tasks. The role includes providing support, education, and training to staff to maintain awareness of risk management and internal control within the organization. Must-have requirements include a Master's or Bachelor's degree, and certification as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Experience as a risk process manager in an international bank is essential, along with a good knowledge of Swiss banking regulation and the risk landscape in banking. Proficiency in English is required, with French and German being an advantage. Residence in Switzerland is mandatory. Nice-to-have skills include strong teamwork abilities, the capacity to work independently, and the ability to conceive and deliver projects under pressure.
