Product Specialist Aftermarket (m/f/x)

Liebherr Machines Bulle SA, the specialist centre for diesel and gas engines as well as hydraulic components, is looking for a Product Specialist Aftermarket. The role sits in the Component Technologies division and supports the Aftermarket Portfolio Manager in shaping service, overhaul, remanufacturing and maintenance concepts for diesel engines and related parts. On a daily basis you will analyse field data and engine performance to spot opportunities for lifecycle improvement. You will feed technical insights into make‑or‑buy, repair‑or‑replace and remanufacturing decisions, and work closely with Product Line, Engineering, Spare Parts and customers to roll out new aftermarket solutions. Managing work packages from concept through pilot testing to hand‑over, you will keep documentation, risk registers and status reports up to date, and assist with testing, validation, knowledge transfer and training for service and business development teams. The position requires a completed degree in a technical discipline, industrial engineering, project management or industrial management, combined with several years of experience in engineering, product or project management, or customer service. Strong analytical abilities, solid command of the MS Office suite and familiarity with ERP systems are essential. Candidates must be fluent in German and/or French and possess very good English skills, and they need to be capable of converting technical findings into clear product and process requirements. A structured project‑management mindset, the ability to coordinate multiple internal stakeholders and a hands‑on, reliable team‑player attitude are also required.
