It offers a range of services, including portfolio management, wealth services, and advanced banking technology. The main responsibilities of the Microsoft 365 Collaboration Engineer include participating in projects that involve the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions. The role also involves designing and defining software and technical architectures using Microsoft 365 services, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring high service availability and performance. Additionally, the engineer will work closely with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, develop user guides and training materials, and stay updated on Microsoft 365 developments and industry best practices. To qualify for this role, candidates must have an apprenticeship or degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a relevant field, along with at least one year of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and the Power Platform, is essential. Candidates should also have a strong automation mindset with hands-on experience in PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and related technologies. A good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID & Active Directory is required. Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of Exchange Online and relevant industry certifications such as Microsoft certifications or CompTIA A+.
