Media Relations & Content Specialist

The Media Relations & Content Specialist will work for a bank that operates across Europe and the Middle East, with a particular emphasis on French‑speaking Switzerland and other key satellite markets. Reporting to the Head of Media, the role helps execute the institution’s media strategy throughout the region. Day‑to‑day duties involve liaising with media agencies throughout EMEA to synchronize priorities, schedules and deliverables, as well as partnering with Investment Services, regional teams and subject‑matter experts to identify spokespeople and secure content. The specialist manages the full approval workflow, delivers prompt and brand‑consistent replies to journalists, arranges interviews, briefings and market commentary, and updates essential media assets such as Q&As, talking points, short biographies and background notes. Building and maintaining strong ties with journalists covering finance and business is also a core task. In addition to media relations, the position contributes to the creation of high‑quality content that supports the bank’s communications objectives.
