HR Generalist 80% - Multi-Country Scope

The role is an HR Generalist 80% position with a multi-country scope, working for a company in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. The company is looking for someone to support employees and managers across four European countries, ensuring a consistent employee experience and delivering high-quality HR operations. The main day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and acting as the first point of contact for HR matters. The role involves coordinating employment contracts, HR documentation, and personnel records, as well as supporting payroll preparation and collaborating with external payroll providers. Ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and internal HR policies is also a key part of the job. Additionally, the HR Generalist will administer benefits, leave management, and employee data within HR systems, and support recruitment activities and talent initiatives. The must-have requirements include 3 to 7 years of experience in a broad HR Generalist or HR Operations role, with previous exposure to a multi-country European environment. A good understanding of HR administration, employee relations, and payroll coordination is essential. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset are also required. The role demands excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and fluency in English. Nice-to-have skills include additional European languages.
