The role combines entrepreneurial ownership of a portfolio of strategic banking clients with responsibility for both business development and successful delivery, positioning the firm within the broader banking ecosystem. In practice, the partner will act as the primary executive‑level liaison for selected key banks, cultivating long‑term relationships that extend beyond single projects. They will shape solution strategies together with the Solutioning and Product teams, guarantee that commercial promises are fulfilled, and serve as Executive Sponsor for critical programmes within their client set. Close collaboration with Sales and Go‑to‑Market functions is required to scale growth, while leveraging personal networks to open new opportunities across the region. Applicants must bring several years of senior‑level experience in the financial‑services sector, specifically within banking, and possess a deep grasp of transformation work in transaction banking, payments, or core banking. Proven ability to build and maintain senior‑executive relationships, a record of identifying, structuring and executing complex business and transformation initiatives, and experience steering large‑scale programmes in intricate environments are essential.
