The Project Management Specialist role involves overseeing strategic and operational projects within a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. To excel in this role, candidates must have a Master's Degree in a relevant scientific discipline, such as Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Engineering. Additionally, at least 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry, is required. A Project Management certification (PMP®, PRINCE2®, IPMA, or equivalent) is considered a strong asset. Nice-to-have skills include experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, particularly those producing sterile hormonal products. Familiarity with CAPEX projects, New Product Introductions (NPI), Technology Transfer, and Facility and Equipment Upgrades is also beneficial. The role is based in Grancia, TI, CH, 6916, and offers the opportunity to work in a highly regulated environment with a focus on continuous improvement. What the role asks for: - Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Engineering or other relevant scientific disciplines. - At least 5 years of Project Management experience (at least 3 within the Pharma industry). - Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional projects. - Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams without direct managerial authority. - Experience managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from planning through execution and closure. - Experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company. - Hands-on experience with digital Project and Program Management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6). - Proven hands-on experience with Planisware Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) platform.
