Senior QA Specialist, Project Management 80-100% (f/m/d)

The Senior QA Specialist, Project Management role is based in Visp, Switzerland, and is part of Lonza's BioConjugates division. The role also includes investigating deviations and out-of-specification (OOS) results, and supporting continuous improvement programs to enhance Quality Management Systems. Additionally, the Senior QA Specialist will act as the quality contact for clients during GMP audits. To qualify for this position, candidates must have an academic degree in Life Sciences, such as Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field. Significant experience in the biopharmaceutical industry within a GMP environment is required. Experience in a customer-focused role, managing stakeholders independently, and some project management experience are also necessary. Strong communication skills and the ability to balance regulatory awareness with a proactive mindset are essential. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) for customer interactions and a good command of German (B2 level) for daily communication with colleagues are mandatory.
