Lead - Marketing Project Manager, Performance Sports

On is a premium sportswear brand that originated in the Swiss Alps and aims to push design and performance boundaries, especially in running, outdoor activities and sustainability. The company is seeking a Lead Marketing Project Manager for Performance Sports to join its Global Marketing team and steer worldwide campaigns that reflect the brand’s ethos. In this role you will own the full lifecycle of complex global campaigns—from initial briefing through launch—working closely with the creative studio, channel partners and regional groups to keep the work cohesive and culturally relevant. You will track performance using data and insights, adjust tactics to maximise impact, and ensure that timelines, budgets and deliverables stay on track. The position also involves leading a small team, engaging senior stakeholders, and championing the authentic voice of the running and performance community throughout each initiative. The ideal candidate brings more than five years of agency‑side campaign management experience, having led multiple 360° marketing projects and managed cross‑functional teams. A background in sportswear, fashion, retail or premium consumer goods is advantageous. You must be a strategic thinker with strong attention to detail, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a genuine passion for performance sports, particularly running and sustainability. Fluency in English at a C1 level or higher is required, while additional languages are valued. Experience with tools such as Asana or Google Workspace is a plus, as is a willingness to adopt new systems. The team operates as the operational core of Global Marketing, driving go‑to‑market planning, budget oversight and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑scaling environment. Success in this role is measured more by mindset, creativity and leadership than by tenure alone.
