Technical Instructor (80 - 100%)

Bystronic is a worldwide technology firm that specializes in sheet‑metal processing, concentrating on automating the flow of material and data throughout laser‑cutting and bending operations. The company's training division in Niederönz is looking for a Technical Instructor who will join a collaborative team and help shape the learning experience for customers and service engineers. In this position you will lead both online and in‑person sessions that cover Bystronic's cutting‑cell solutions, including laser equipment, automation hardware, software and optional add‑ons. You will design blended‑learning programmes, produce and keep up‑to‑date training documentation and video content, and assist in rolling out the global training strategy so that users remain at the centre of planning, delivery and feedback processes. The role requires a solid technical foundation, demonstrated by a completed apprenticeship or equivalent training in electrical, mechanical or ICT fields. You must be comfortable presenting, negotiating, coaching and delivering instruction, and you need to communicate fluently in both German and English. A strong customer‑service mindset, solution‑oriented communication style and readiness to travel internationally for roughly one‑fifth of your working time are also essential. Experience with complex, end‑to‑end industrial installations that involve networked machines and automation is advantageous, as is familiarity with router and network technologies.
