Based in Orbe, Switzerland, the role follows a hybrid work model and offers a temporary 12‑month contract starting in early 2027. Participants benefit from flexible working arrangements, mentoring, coaching and a suite of employee perks such as extra holidays, healthcare contributions, an assistance programme and product discounts. French language ability is considered an advantage, and the programme emphasizes rapid learning, teamwork and measurable impact.
