Kitchen Maintenance

The position is a Kitchen Maintenance role within a seasonal hospitality operation in Greece, where the focus is on keeping the kitchen running smoothly behind the scenes. You will join a team that serves guests in a vacation setting, with accommodation and meals arranged for the duration of the contract. Day‑to‑day duties involve maintaining cleanliness of plates, cutlery and kitchen equipment, organizing the dish area, and operating the dishwashing machines during meal service and preparation periods. You will also arrange clean plates, manage trays and tools, keep your workstation tidy, and lend a hand to cooks when the service becomes hectic. The work is physically demanding and requires you to stay active as part of the kitchen’s operational flow. The role does not require prior experience; it is entry‑level. The essential qualities are reliability, speed, concentration, the capacity to handle pressure, basic English communication, and a collaborative mindset. Consistency and motivation are highlighted as key to succeeding in this environment. The seasonal contract is full‑time, typically five to six days a week, with housing and meals provided on site. After shifts you can enjoy the Greek sunset, the beach, and a multicultural crew from across Europe. The experience offers practical kitchen exposure, international teamwork, and a solid proof of responsibility for future employment. If you are ready to work actively in a real kitchen team, this opportunity in Greece awaits.
