Access Fast Track Programme - Participant Application (ENGLISH VERSION)

Capacity, a non‑profit association and start‑up incubator, runs the Access Fast Track initiative to help refugees and migrants integrate into Switzerland’s labour market. The programme, offered in both German and English, targets newcomers and the broader migrant community, providing tools and guidance for sustainable economic participation. Participants will engage in a structured series of activities, including orientation sessions, workshops, coaching meetings, peer‑support circles and networking events. They must attend three half‑day workshops held in person in Zurich and work closely with a dedicated Talent Coach throughout the programme. Applicants need to have a refugee or migrant background, hold at least a bachelor‑level university degree, and bring a minimum of three years of professional experience. Proficiency at B2 level in either German or English is required, along with a clear commitment to the full range of programme components. The offering includes assessments of professional backgrounds, strategies for presenting skills, insights into the Swiss job market and guidance on identifying suitable career paths. Participants also benefit from active peer support and personalized coaching, all aimed at enhancing their employability in Switzerland.
