The Global Co‑Formulant Chemistry Expert will oversee the management of co‑formulants, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and help lower supply‑chain risks and costs. Each day the role involves gathering and assessing chemical hazard data, verifying equivalence, and keeping the information up to date in regulatory repositories. The expert will prepare scientifically grounded paperwork for submissions, harmonise practices across regions, and contribute to new digital approaches for handling data. Interpreting relevant legislation and turning it into clear co‑formulant requirements, as well as sourcing and profiling data to support business strategies, are also key tasks. Preparing and delivering notification dossiers that align with internal compliance criteria and assisting global teams in mitigating risks and controlling expenses round out the responsibilities. Candidates must hold a master’s degree or higher in chemistry and have at least two years of experience in a regulatory setting such as product chemistry or registration. Familiarity with REACH, CLP, classification rules and Safety Data Sheets is required, together with solid knowledge of worldwide product registration expectations, preferably within crop protection.
