Operations Assistant

The Operations Assistant role at the International Organization for Migration (IOM) involves managing and implementing the Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration (AVRR) project for victims of trafficking, as well as other Counter-Trafficking prevention activities. The Assistant will work under the supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM) and the direction of the Senior Project Officer. The main responsibilities include overseeing the AVRR project and executing field projects focused on Counter-Trafficking prevention. The role is part-time, with a workload of 60% to 80%, and is scheduled from 1 December 2026 to 31 July 2027. The successful candidate is expected to start on 1 December 2026.
