PLM Application Specialist (all genders)

Beyond Gravity, a Zurich‑based space enterprise, blends a startup spirit with decades of proven expertise. With roughly 1,800 staff across twelve sites in six nations, the firm designs and builds components for satellites and launch vehicles, aiming to push humanity’s reach beyond Earth. Its 2024 turnover approached CHF 359 million, reflecting a solid foothold in the New Space market. The PLM Application Specialist will set up, adapt and sustain Siemens Teamcenter to streamline product creation and verification. Daily tasks involve rolling out the system, handling operational issues, and driving ongoing enhancements while keeping it linked to CAD, MES and ERP platforms. Close collaboration with power users and cross‑functional groups ensures that product information stays consistent from design through manufacturing, supporting a seamless digital flow. Candidates must bring deep hands‑on experience with Siemens Teamcenter configuration, day‑to‑day operation and tiered support. A thorough grasp of PLM concepts such as product structures, bill‑of‑materials alignment, change and document control is essential, as is a record of providing L1‑L3 application assistance. Basic familiarity with how PLM, MES and ERP systems interconnect and an understanding of the data path from engineering to production are also required. Additional assets include work with MCAD links—especially Siemens NX or Dassault CATIA
