To qualify for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline. A minimum of five years of experience in biotechnology, biopharmaceutical manufacturing, process engineering, or USP operations is required. Strong technical expertise in mammalian cell culture and GMP-regulated manufacturing environments is essential. Previous leadership and people management experience is preferred. Fluent English is required, and proficiency in German is highly desirable. Nice-to-have skills include strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. The role is based in Visp, Switzerland, and relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families.
