Senior Structurer Credit & Surety (Hybrid - 80-100%)

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, the commercial insurance arm of the Swiss Re Group, is seeking a Senior Structurer Credit & Surety to join their dynamic team in London. As a Senior Structurer, the role involves driving complex structured finance and portfolio transactions across diverse sectors, including corporate finance, project and infrastructure finance, and trade finance. The main day-to-day responsibilities include leading transaction execution, conducting thorough due diligence, and developing and presenting credit memoranda to senior management. The role also involves collaborating with legal, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure transactions meet organizational standards and guidelines. Additionally, the Senior Structurer will monitor and manage transactions post-closing and source new opportunities through established client and broker relationships. To be considered for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field such as Finance, Economics, or Mathematics, and at least 7 years' experience in structured finance or corporate finance with a bank or other financial institution. They must also have an excellent understanding of assessing credit obligors and strong presentation skills.
