Shop Manager Geneva

L.RAPHAEL seeks a Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of its flagship boutique and spa in Geneva, Switzerland. The role sits within a global Swiss luxury brand that blends high‑end cosmetics with wellness and longevity concepts, reporting directly to the chief operating officer. The manager will guide a small team of two sales and spa professionals, handling recruitment, coaching, performance reviews and staff scheduling to ensure seamless coverage for both retail and treatment appointments. Responsibilities include driving product sales through client consultations, upselling and events, analysing sales figures, maintaining inventory and curating the boutique’s visual presentation. In the spa area the manager guarantees flawless execution of treatments, strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards, and coordination of bookings, follow‑ups and feedback. Operational duties cover opening and closing procedures, cash handling, stock replenishment, vendor liaison and compliance with Swiss retail, health and data‑privacy regulations, while regularly reporting key performance indicators to the COO. Candidates must bring three to five years of retail management experience, preferably within luxury cosmetics, beauty or wellness, and a proven ability to lead small teams and meet sales targets. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related discipline is required, or equivalent professional experience. Fluency in both English and French is essential. The role also demands strong leadership, interpersonal and sales skills, familiarity with cosmetics products, competence in retail software and Microsoft Office, and a detail‑oriented, problem‑solving mindset.
