Product Manager

The Product Manager will focus on the Industrial Heating / Process Heat division. This role involves identifying market opportunities and technological trends, and translating them into product initiatives. The manager will develop product roadmaps, explore new applications and markets, and oversee the global product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, from concept to launch. They will define and prioritize requirements, coordinate technical and commercial issues, and collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams. Additionally, the manager will support international teams and customers with applications and introductions, conduct competitive analyses, derive relevant trends, create product messaging and training materials, and travel for customer, partner, and trade show visits. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering, with several years of experience in product management or an industrial setting. They should have a strong understanding of markets, applications, and technology trends, and be effective communicators with a confident demeanor. Proficiency in both German and English is essential. The role requires a passion for interdisciplinary and international collaboration.
