Julius Baer's Graduate Programme is designed for recent or soon‑to‑graduate master's students who want to start a career in wealth management. The 18‑month rotation‑based program, which includes an international assignment, places participants in the COO division's large Transformation Programme, giving them exposure to Business and IT change initiatives while building a global professional network. During the programme you will support the delivery of key transformation projects across the COO division, work closely with cross‑functional teams to implement programme components, and analyse data to extract insights for strategic decisions. You will also engage with stakeholders at various organisational levels, assist in project planning, risk management, governance and progress reporting, and contribute innovative ideas to shape the future operating model. The role requires a master's degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Management or a comparable field, earned within the last twelve months, and a record of above‑average academic performance. Candidates must have already gained practical experience in Business and IT transformation, as well as demonstrable stakeholder‑management and project‑governance skills. Fluency in English and the legal right to work in the country of application are mandatory. A global mindset, strong interpersonal abilities, a keen appetite for learning and a passion for wealth management are valued, and additional language skills are considered a plus.
