FP&A Analyst (Temp Contract - 6 months),

VF Corporation, a global apparel leader that owns iconic brands such as Vans®, The North Face® and Timberland®, is hiring an FP&A Analyst on a six‑month temporary contract for its Finance team in Stabio, Switzerland. The analyst will support brand‑level financial planning and analysis for both Wholesale and direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) channels, helping the company translate its purpose of powering sustainable, active lifestyles into solid financial results. On a daily basis you will own the validation, consolidation and upload of budget, forecast and long‑range plan data into the BPC system, maintain and update planning and reporting Excel workbooks, and reconcile figures across BPC, SAP and other reporting tools. You will prepare recurring reporting packages, build variance analyses that compare actual results with forecast, budget and prior‑year numbers, and highlight the key drivers behind any differences. Collaboration is essential, you will work closely with colleagues in Finance as well as partners in DTC, Planning and Sales to ensure data integrity and deliver insightful financial commentary for management reviews. The role requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or controlling and 1‑2 years of relevant experience. Candidates must demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, solid knowledge of SAP/COGNOS, and a strong command of written and spoken English. Effective time‑management, the ability to prioritise under tight deadlines, and proven communication skills for interacting with non‑financial stakeholders are also essential.
