The Website & UX Capability Manager will steer the governance, adoption, performance and ongoing development of website capabilities for a multinational organisation. Reporting to senior marketing leadership, the role owns the cross‑market website capability roadmap, with a focus on Builder.io, the Design System and linked consumer experiences. Day‑to‑day the manager will work with UX and market teams to design and optimise journey‑led websites, prioritise frontend enhancements, and keep technology teams aligned throughout development. They will validate feature quality and business readiness, monitor roadmap delivery, and own frontend performance indicators. The role also supports markets in adopting Builder.io, creates governance frameworks, training materials and delivers training, while overseeing operational standards and handling website, content and capability issues. The position requires a university degree or equivalent, at least five years of experience in Digital Marketing or Information Technology Management, and hands‑on experience in a market‑focused digital role. Fluency in English is essential, together with solid knowledge of Builder.io, headless architecture and component libraries. Candidates must have proven experience with Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, Google Analytics and frontend performance management, a strong grasp of user‑experience principles, accessibility and journey optimisation, and a fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The role offers permanent employment in Geneva, Switzerland, with the chance to influence a multi‑market website capability roadmap and to collaborate across UX specialists, digital marketing functions and technology teams. It provides a platform to build market capabilities through governance, documentation and training, while focusing on website performance, accessibility and continuous improvement.
