Technical Coordinator

The Technical Coordinator role at our company involves overseeing the validation of industrial software for coding machines. The main day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating and driving the validation of software releases for in-house coding machines. This involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring validation and release activities, as well as managing risks, technical dependencies, and delivery constraints. The role also requires investigating and solving technical dependencies with various teams, ensuring the availability of machines and materials for validation, and maintaining a transparent status of all ongoing validation activities. Additionally, the Technical Coordinator will manage incidents, problems, and change requests, and contribute to the software development in Java. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as Software Engineering or Computer Science. A minimum of two years of experience in technical environments involving complex systems is required. Hands-on expertise in software development, particularly in industrial software, platforms, backend, or custom applications, is essential. Strong technical understanding of the software engineering domain and proven experience in delivery-driven environments are also necessary. Fluency in English and proficiency in French are must-haves, with additional European languages being an asset. Nice-to-have skills include the ability to work both in the office and on-site, as well as a proactive, reliable, and results-oriented mindset.
