University Graduate – Global Network Management Specialist 100% (f/m/d)

Julius Baer is launching its Graduate Programme for April 2027, aimed at recent master's graduates who want to start a career in wealth management. The programme lasts 18 months and combines three rotations, one of them abroad, giving participants hands‑on exposure to the bank's global operations. As a member of Global Operations Services you will join the Global Network Management team, which is responsible for overseeing the bank's custodian and cash‑correspondent relationships worldwide. In the day‑to‑day role of Global Network Management Specialist you will take charge of the Agent Bank network. This includes organising and leading regular service meetings, conducting service reviews and due‑diligence checks, and continuously monitoring the quality of service delivered to Julius Baer. You will also support fee negotiations, track cost evolution and propose optimisation ideas. Contract oversight, from negotiation to implementation, forms part of your remit, as does collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive front‑to‑back process improvements across the network. Additionally, you will stay abreast of market and agent trends, share insights with colleagues, and help resolve compliance issues together with internal and external partners. The role requires a master's degree, preferably in Business Management, Banking or a related discipline, earned within the last twelve months and accompanied by above‑average grades. You should have already gained practical experience in banking, consultancy or IT; any background in process optimisation is considered a plus. A genuine passion for wealth management, a global mindset, strong interpersonal abilities and a keen appetite for learning are essential. Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in additional languages is welcomed. Finally, you must be legally eligible to work in the country where you apply.
