The position of ICT Business Analyst serves as the pivotal connector among medical units, back‑office teams, and the Digitalisation & ICT department, ensuring that technology aligns with the institution’s goals. In everyday practice the analyst examines current procedures, records them, and seeks ways to make them more efficient. The role involves spotting chances to enhance workflow and digital services, translating user needs into workable IT concepts, and assisting in the rollout of new digital solutions. Collaboration spans clinicians, administrators and technical staff, with duties that include mapping processes, evaluating how applications and interfaces interact with the overall architecture, and contributing to the usability and satisfaction of end‑users. Participation in projects focused on process improvement, digital transformation and system development is also expected. Applicants must hold a university‑level qualification in Business Information Systems, Health or Medical Informatics, or a comparable discipline, and have proven experience in business or process analysis. A solid grasp of process modelling, familiarity with IT systems and digital workflows, and the ability to relate architecture, applications and interfaces to business activities are essential. Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving capability, clear communication with both technical and non‑technical audiences, and an independent, structured, solution‑oriented work style are required.
