Sr. Manager, Brand Design & Architecture, International

The position is Senior Manager of Brand Design & Architecture for the international portfolio of Restaurant Brands International (RBI). RBI operates four globally recognised quick‑service restaurant brands, Tim Hortons, Burger King, Popeyes and Firehouse Subs, across more than 120 markets, generating close to $45 billion in system‑wide sales. The role sits within the central brand team and is tasked with shaping, developing and governing visual expression for these brands worldwide. On a daily basis you will create and evolve brand design across a range of touchpoints, including visual identity, campaign graphics, packaging, environmental signage, digital assets and video. You will take concepts through to polished final deliverables, build and maintain brand guidelines, toolkits and scalable design systems, and review work from regional teams, franchisees and agencies to ensure consistency while allowing appropriate local adaptation. Collaboration is key: you will partner with regional design and marketing groups, brand and communications colleagues, operations and external partners, and you will experiment with AI‑driven tools to speed up ideation, image generation and presentation creation. The role requires at least five years of experience in brand, graphic, communication, hospitality, restaurant, retail or multidisciplinary design, together with a bachelor's degree in a relevant creative discipline. Candidates must present a strong electronic portfolio that showcases brand thinking, visual design and the ability to move work from concept to final execution. Core competencies include solid graphic design fundamentals, experience developing or governing visual identities, guidelines, toolkits or design systems, and the ability to produce static, digital and motion content with compelling storytelling. Strong presentation skills, confident cross‑functional communication and a proactive, curious mindset are essential. Technical fluency must cover Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma Design and Figma Slides, and comfort using generative AI for creative tasks. The role also demands a willingness to work onsite five days a week.
