The HR & Payroll Manager / LGAV Specialist will handle customer communication, prepare and finalise payroll processes, and assist with HR lifecycle tasks. They will also act as a point of contact for clients regarding payroll, employment law, and social security issues. The role requires a completed commercial or equivalent education, and further training in HR or Payroll is beneficial. Candidates must have extensive experience in HR administration and payroll, and hands-on experience with LGAV. Strong IT skills, including MS-Office and experience with HR software like Mirus, Abacus, or Bexio, are essential. Excellent German language skills and good English skills are required, with additional languages being an asset. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, efficient, precise, and have a high affinity for the gastronomy and hospitality sector.
