Product Manager - Financial Apps

The role of Product Manager, Financial Apps sits at the intersection of traditional finance and crypto‑capital markets, driving the creation and commercial success of mission‑critical B2B and B2C financial applications on the Canton Network. In this position you will support the product strategy by validating and delivering app features that align with business goals. You will gather and document both qualitative and quantitative market and user insights, feeding them back into product development. Working with unit leadership you will help shape the product backlog and roadmap, prioritising work that encourages adoption by institutional customers and ecosystem partners. You will also coordinate feature releases with engineering, covering everything from initial scoping to post‑release operations, and you will maintain reporting on Key Value Indicators to enable data‑driven decisions. Finally, you will keep internal and external product documentation up to date so that sales, marketing and support teams stay aligned. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of end‑to‑end product‑management experience, including successful launches in fintech or Web3 environments. You must have hands‑on experience building decentralized applications in the DeFi space, such as automated market makers, lending platforms or stablecoins, and managing applications in the payment or traditional‑finance sector. A solid grasp of distributed‑ledger technology and familiarity with popular layer‑1 and layer‑2 ecosystems is required. You should be comfortable discussing business models, pricing strategies and tokenomics, and you need a good understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations when building products for institutional clients. The role also demands confidence in talking about application architecture and smart‑contract logic with engineers, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
