Vehicle Systems & Quality Engineer

Flux is seeking an experienced Vehicle Systems & Quality Engineer to join its multidisciplinary team that develops electric light commercial vehicles. The company combines expertise from mechanical, software, electrical/electronic, manufacturing and other domains to shape tomorrow's mobility. In this position you will own the technical quality of both product and process, covering everything from supplier‑delivered parts through in‑house assembly to vehicles in operation. You will define quality specifications for components and assemblies, qualify suppliers and their parts, create inspection and control plans for the assembly line, and lead systematic issue‑resolution activities. The role also requires a system‑wide view: analysing cross‑disciplinary quality problems, collaborating with responsible engineers to identify root causes, and ensuring corrective actions are reflected in design documentation and production processes. The advert specifies that candidates must already be experienced as a Vehicle Systems & Quality Engineer. No additional qualifications, language levels, certifications or tools are listed. Flux offers a highly motivating environment built on shared ownership, flat hierarchies and strong team spirit. You will work in a small, agile team with short decision‑making paths, focusing on technical challenges rather than administrative tasks, and you will help establish a robust quality function that prepares the vehicles for series production.
