You will lead the resolution of complex CMC challenges, conduct root‑cause analyses, and collaborate across functions to design portfolio‑wide risk‑mitigation solutions. In addition, you will spearhead cross‑functional R&D Excellence projects and help build the next generation of scientific talent through training and knowledge sharing. The role requires an advanced degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or a related discipline, with a Ph.D. regarded as a plus. You must bring extensive experience in pharmaceutical research and development, especially in analytical development of parenterals and combination products that incorporate devices. A proven record of successful NDA preparation and the transfer of projects to commercial manufacturing is essential.
