Principal Product Manager (Strategic Account Interactions) - Security Solutions

Elastic, known as the Search AI Company, builds a cloud‑based platform that combines search precision with artificial‑intelligence insight. Its solutions for search, security and observability are deployed by more than half of the Fortune 500, helping organizations protect data and extract value from both structured and unstructured information at scale. In this senior product role you will act as the primary liaison between Elastic Security’s product team and its most strategic enterprise customers. You will manage a continuous flow of enhancement requests from several large accounts, creating and maintaining a systematic process that keeps those requests moving rather than stalled. Your work will involve turning customer‑identified pain points into shipped features, merging input from many organizations into a unified product direction, and spotting recurring themes that can be turned into formal design collaborations. The outcomes you shape must serve the broader market, and the validated patterns you uncover will be fed back into the core product roadmap to influence future development. The description does not list explicit qualifications, certifications, language requirements, or preferred experience, nor does it mention additional perks, location details, or team characteristics. Consequently, the focus of the summary remains on the role’s purpose, daily responsibilities, and its impact on Elastic’s strategic enterprise relationships.
