Client Solutions DACH - Vice President

iCapital’s Client Solutions EMEA division is adding a Vice President to help steer its international growth, concentrating on Wealth Managers across Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Based in Zurich, the role sits within a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment where the firm’s platform connects investors to private‑market opportunities. The VP will assist the EMEA team in carrying out the business‑development plan for the DACH region, with a particular emphasis on Germany. Daily duties include building and maintaining a steady flow of prospective Wealth Manager contacts, guiding them through the onboarding journey alongside Legal and Compliance, and delivering clear education on private‑market and alternative‑investment solutions. The position also requires gathering market feedback, collaborating with internal groups such as Research, Product Development, Implementation, Client Success, Marketing, Technology and Operations, and acting as the primary relationship manager to ensure a premium experience for banks, multi‑family offices and independent asset managers. Candidates must hold strong academic qualifications and bring seven to ten years of solid experience in asset or wealth management, demonstrating a proven ability to win and engage clients. Prior work in business development within the asset‑management sector is essential, together with an in‑depth knowledge of the German wealth market and an established network among private banks, family offices and regional banks. Fluency in German and professional proficiency in English are required, alongside excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and a collaborative, strategic mindset. A background that includes exposure to private‑equity or other private‑market asset classes and familiarity with distribution models is considered advantageous. The role offers a hybrid schedule, with four days on‑site in Zurich and one remote day per week, supporting a collaborative culture that values innovation through teamwork.
