The Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory entry of Audi into the FIA Formula 1 World Championship beginning in 2026. Development of the power unit takes place at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany, chassis engineering and race operations are run from Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland, and the UK Technology Centre in Bicester supports the team within Motorsport Valley. As Planning Coordinator Car Assembly you will oversee the kit list assigned by the leader, ensuring it is processed promptly. You become a core member of the Home Team Planning Group, setting priorities and guaranteeing a structured, predictable factory flow. You will act as the final authority on race‑event parts readiness and sub‑assembly compliance, coordinating with multiple departments to define part needs, set deadlines, and confirm that every component is prepared for track events. Your duties also include protecting build‑freeze integrity, allocating parts under tight schedules, spotting and escalating risks to car readiness, and working with logistics on late deliveries. You will serve as the bridge between project management, quality, production engineering, mechanical production, design, procurement, the race team and the track‑side storeman, keeping factory and track aligned on build status, configuration changes and missing items, while handling design change requests and non‑conformance reports and ensuring SAP traceability and documentation compliance. The role requires solid experience in vehicle assembly and in high‑performance or motorsport manufacturing environments. You must be proficient with Microsoft Office and have mandatory SAP experience. Strong negotiation abilities, conceptual thinking and pragmatic implementation are essential, as is a clear understanding of track operations and dynamics. The position calls for a collaborative attitude combined with the capacity to work independently, maintaining accuracy and composure under extreme time pressure. A proactive, flexible, resilient and solution‑oriented personality is expected, and you should be prepared to work weekends when directed by the leader. Fluent English, both spoken and written, is required for all communications. What the role asks for: - Experience in car build and assemblies - Experience in motorsport, automotive or high‑performance manufacturing - Proficient with Microsoft Office - SAP experience (mandatory) - Strong negotiation and conceptual thinking skills - Understanding of track operations/dynamics - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Ability to maintain focus under extreme time pressure - Proactive, flexible, resilient, reliable personality - Willingness to work weekends if required - Fluent English verbal and written communication
