Customer Success Manager, Hospital IT Software

In the role of Customer Success Manager for Hospital IT Software, you will be responsible for driving the adoption, implementation and expansion of IQVIA's hospital‑focused technology solutions throughout Switzerland. On a daily basis you will act as the main point of contact after a contract is signed, guiding customers through onboarding, implementation planning, training sessions and go‑live activities. You will nurture relationships with clinical, operational, IT and executive stakeholders, monitor usage and adoption metrics, and address risks, escalations or support needs. In addition, you will work with sales on renewal and upsell opportunities, coordinate with global delivery teams and partners, and capture customer requirements to align product road‑maps with real‑world needs. The position requires a solid background in customer success, implementation or consulting within health‑technology environments. You must understand hospital business processes, clinical and operational workflows, and the logic embedded in Hospital Information Systems. Familiarity with interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR and API‑based data integration is essential, as is the ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Strong project coordination, problem‑solving and communication skills are required, together with a proven track record of building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders. Fluency in German is mandatory; French is considered a valuable addition.
