Head of AI Expansion

The role of Head of AI Expansion at Tether involves leading the global adoption of Tether's AI ecosystem, with a particular focus on QVAC and decentralized, privacy-preserving AI infrastructure. The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Head of AI Expansion include driving the global adoption of QVAC and Tether AI, identifying organizations that can benefit from local, private, decentralized, or sovereign AI, and building business cases for the implementation of these solutions. The role also involves nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, structuring and closing strategic AI partnerships, and monitoring the performance of these partnerships. Additionally, the position requires defining and executing Tether AI's global go-to-market strategy, identifying priority markets and high-value AI use cases, and co-developing solutions with clients. To qualify for this role, candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in AI, enterprise technology, infrastructure, or technology business development. Strong knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, inference, local/edge computing, data infrastructure, and decentralized architectures is essential. Proven experience in originating, structuring, and closing large enterprise technology deals and partnerships is also required. Candidates should have strong relationships with senior decision-makers across enterprises, technology companies, and/or governments, as well as exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is necessary. Nice-to-have skills include the ability to speak at least three languages, which is seen as a marker of flexibility.
