Operations Intern

The Operations Intern role at Chanel supports the Senior Operations Coordinator, acting as a business partner for the three divisions and their markets. Chanel is a world‑leading luxury house that designs, manufactures and distributes ready‑to‑wear, accessories, fragrances, makeup, skincare, jewellery and watches, employing more than 32,000 people worldwide. In this internship you will coordinate daily logistics flows and claims, using the ERP system to unlock EDI blocks and process orders. Your tasks include entering all daily flows into the ERP, registering orders in the Export Department folder, uploading freight invoices to the FAP platform, and regularising transactions such as transfers, misdeliveries and manual invoicing. You will also gather information from internal platforms and the intranet, and communicate proactively with divisions and markets to prevent operational delays. The position requires you to be a student in International Trade or a comparable field and to have already completed a successful experience in the luxury sector or industry. Fluency in English, a B1 level in both Spanish and Portuguese, and advanced Excel abilities (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) are essential. Japanese language skills and familiarity with other ERP systems such as SAP or AX are considered advantageous. The internship is a full‑time, in‑person commitment of 100 % for six months, starting 1 March 2027, based in Geneva. It must be part of your study programme, required for degree completion and validated with academic credits.
