Global Strategic Advisor for Capital Markets & Fundraising (Commission-Based Freelance)

Swiss Security Solutions LLC, based in Zürich, is building the Global Inspector AI™ platform, a suite of digital‑trust and AI‑driven investigative tools. The firm is expanding its international capital partnerships and seeks a commission‑based freelance Global Strategic Advisor for Capital Markets & Fundraising to join its worldwide network of advisors. In this role you will hunt for and engage potential angel investors, venture‑capital firms, family‑office groups, high‑net‑worth offices, private‑equity partners and other capital sources. You will act as the public face of the Global Inspector AI App, delivering clear and credible pitches that convey the platform's vision and value. Ongoing duties include nurturing investor relationships, assisting with onboarding of committed parties, spotting emerging trends in AI, cybersecurity and digital‑trust markets, and aligning fundraising activities with the company's pre‑launch strategy. Brief confirmations of closed deals are required, but no formal reporting is expected. The ideal candidate must have a proven record of raising capital, strategic fundraising or providing investment advisory services, especially within fintech, venture‑capital or SaaS environments. A strong, global network of investors, accelerators or financial partners in major hubs or emerging markets is essential. You must be able to present and pitch technology‑focused products with confidence, and possess top‑tier communication, negotiation and sales abilities. A self‑driven attitude, strong collaborative skills and an entrepreneurial mindset that enables independent remote work are required, as is fluency in English. Passion for AI, cybersecurity and Swiss‑quality solutions is also expected. The position is open to freelancers located in the EU, UK, USA, UAE, Australia or other developed countries. Additional language skills are welcomed but not mandatory. Swiss residents holding CH, B, C, L or S status may apply provided they register as a sole‑proprietor with the local SVA office. The engagement offers an attractive commission structure, a 2 % supplement for outreach costs, monthly maintenance fees on significant investments, performance bonuses, equity potential and fully remote, flexible work. Successful advisors may progress to senior roles such as Global Investment Lead, VP, Partner or Board Member as the venture scales.
